Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced plans for Washington to earn billions, and possibly trillions of dollars from the sale of Venezuelan oil. This information was voiced on the Fox News channel.
Trump noted that we are talking about significant amounts from oil, which could eventually grow to hundreds of billions, and then trillions of dollars. "We will remain in Venezuela until we put the country in order," he added.

The President clarified that in just one day, the U.S. has already received Venezuelan oil worth $4 billion, and expressed confidence that this figure will increase.

According to Trump, oil is currently being unloaded from the tanker Marinera, which came under the control of American forces on January 6. When asked if he had spoken with Vladimir Putin after this incident, Trump evaded the question, stating that he did not want to comment on the matter.
By the way, on the night of January 3, explosions were heard in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. As a result of a special operation by the U.S. Air Force, former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife were captured and forcibly taken to one of the prisons in New York.

Maduro is accused of leading the criminal group Cartel de los Soles, which has been designated a terrorist organization in the U.S. Additionally, he is charged with conspiracy with Colombian drug cartels, as well as trafficking Venezuelan diplomatic passports and using gang groups to eliminate competitors.
