The Department of Environmental Control of the Ministry of Natural Resources has submitted a request for access to the landfill area, including the eco-technological plant that processes solid household waste into electricity. This was reported by Asel Raimkulova, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, at an off-site meeting of the parliamentary groups "Mekenchil" and "Ata Jurt."

“We continuously monitor the air quality in the area of the landfill. In the near future, we plan to take samples of air, soil, and water. We request to be granted permanent access to this facility,” she noted.
