The Minister of Science met with graduates of the presidential scholarship "El Ümütü"

The Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovation Gulzat Isamatova held a meeting with graduates of the international presidential scholarship "El ümitü".

According to the press service of the ministry, the main focus of the meeting was on discussing the prospects for further development of the presidential scholarship program, as well as exchanging opinions.

During the discussion, important issues were raised regarding the support of gifted youth, the significance of graduates' contributions to the country's human resources potential, and their participation in socially significant projects.

The graduates shared their professional achievements and learning experiences, as well as voiced ideas and proposals aimed at the development of education, science, and innovation. In particular, mechanisms for expanding cooperation with government bodies, enhancing support for youth initiatives, and creating a sustainable platform for regular idea exchange were discussed.

Additionally, the participants expressed gratitude to President Sadyr Japarov for his support in creating and implementing the "El ümitü" scholarship. According to the graduates, this program opens new horizons for youth and is an important step in preparing qualified personnel for the country.

The minister noted that the active participation of graduates and their constructive proposals play a key role in increasing the program's effectiveness. She promised that all proposed initiatives would be carefully considered. The parties also expressed their intention to strengthen cooperation and jointly promote initiatives in the interests of the state.

Kyrgyz students studying abroad also joined the discussion online.

As a result of the meeting, the participants confirmed their readiness to continue interaction, maintain regular communication, and jointly develop initiatives aimed at improving the situation in the country.

Note from the Ministry of Science: Graduates of the international presidential scholarship "El ümitü" work in various fields, including public administration, healthcare, finance, and private business. Among them, Islam Ayazbaev and Valeria Stashevskaya work at the National Bank, Zhibek Kydyrova is in law, Nurshat Ababakirov is with UN representations in Kyrgyzstan, Asel Abdurakhmanova is in the healthcare system, and Aysuluu Kozhokulova, as an expert in technology and digital economy, is leading the preparation for the visit of the TechWomen program delegation.

The "El ümitü" scholarship aims to support talented youth, create conditions for their academic and professional growth, and strengthen the human resources potential of Kyrgyzstan. It provides an opportunity for world-class education and contributes to the training of specialists capable of making a real contribution to the country's development.
