According to the information from the press service, the day before, law enforcement officers conducted checks at sewing factories and other production facilities where foreign citizens may be employed.
As a result of the raid, it was established that 90 detained individuals arrived in Kyrgyzstan on visas issued for one company, but were actually working at other enterprises. Currently, the issue of their deportation from the country is being considered.
In addition, cases of illegal use of foreign labor were identified. Protocols were drawn up against employers under Article 93 "Violation of the rules for attracting and using foreign labor in the Kyrgyz Republic" of the Code of Offenses, and fines totaling 65,000 soms were imposed.
