Recently, a working meeting took place in Bishkek between the In-Flight Catering Center, part of the closed joint-stock company "Manas Management Company," and representatives of the joint-stock company "Aeromar." This company is one of the leading in-flight catering operators in the CIS and Eastern Europe.
According to the press service of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," the meeting discussed opportunities for strategic cooperation, experience exchange, as well as the implementation of modern standards in the field of food quality and safety.
During the discussions, participants emphasized the development of cooperation in the production and supply of in-flight catering, the application of new technologies, and the improvement of the production base.
The main focus was on optimizing the production processes of the in-flight catering center, expanding the range of dishes in accordance with the requirements of international airlines, and improving service quality.
"Aeromar" holds leading positions in the industry, providing in-flight catering for many Russian and foreign airlines for many years. The company boasts modern production complexes and actively implements automated quality control systems, following international risk analysis and safety standards.
The company also develops unique culinary concepts, collaborates with professional chefs, and regularly updates its menu in line with global gastronomic trends and the demands of air carriers. The production processes are aimed at efficiency, scalability, and stable product quality.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the exchange of technological solutions, advanced production practices, and management methods, as well as issues related to staff training and qualification enhancement.
