The mobilization reserve fees imply that citizens contribute funds that are fully allocated to the republican budget.
Alternative service now includes:
- the payment of a monetary contribution for citizens called up due to family circumstances or those with health limitations;
- the performance of 48 hours of socially useful work over the entire service period for citizens who are members of registered religious organizations that prohibit the use of weapons, as well as for those who express a desire to perform such work, with a mandatory monetary contribution.
Each quarter, at least one-sixth of the total contribution amount must be paid.Individuals undergoing alternative service will be assigned to local executive bodies, where they will be issued a certificate of the work performed and hours worked to present to the military commissariat.

By the president's directive, military personnel and reservists who have achieved significant success for the country may be awarded the title of "Major General" without following the necessary legal procedures.
Individuals with class and special ranks, when called up for military service, will be assigned with their existing military rank, and re-certification is not required for them.
