During his working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talaybek Ibraev, visited the Jyrgalan district, where he inspected the electrification works of the new ski complex "Ala-Tuu Resort".
According to the Ministry, the minister reviewed the 35/10 kV substations "Three Peaks" and 35/6 kV "Jyrgalan", and also analyzed the condition of the electrical networks in the area.
In addition, he inspected the new building of the Jyrgalan electrical networks section, which will be integrated into the structure of the Ak-Suu RES, and instructed to consider the staffing of this unit. The minister also promised to provide the Ak-Suu RES with the necessary service vehicles.

The works on the development of the energy sector and overcoming its deficit are under Ibraev's control in accordance with the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov. In particular, efforts are being made to provide the projects with the necessary equipment and financing.
As part of these efforts, it is planned to build a 47 km overhead line from the 110 kV substation "Przhevalsk" to the new 110 kV substation "Ala-Tuu Resort". The design is completed, the contract has already been signed, and the route is currently being clarified along with the coordination of locations for the installation of poles. The line will pass through three ayil okmotu — all necessary resolutions have been obtained, and agreements with the forestry and landowners are ongoing.
Moreover, the site for the construction of the 110/35/10 kV substation has already been determined, documents have been prepared, and approvals are continuing. All projects will be implemented on schedule according to the established timeline.
