He also highlighted a "very alarming and unacceptable fact" related to pressure being exerted on him through his family. According to Taalaibekov, one of the well-known figures attempted to indirectly influence him by initiating an inspection at the children's rehabilitation center where his mother works, aiming to uncover alleged violations. He considers such an approach extremely low and morally unacceptable when official conflicts affect families.
"Our family has never had and does not have any relation to illegal actions. I am confident that even this inspection will ultimately be beneficial — attention to the center will increase, conditions for the rehabilitation of children will improve, and any identified problems, if they exist, will be addressed substantively, rather than in someone’s personal interests. I continue to work openly and in accordance with the law. No pressure or attempts at discrediting will change my course or stop the reforms," he noted.
It is worth noting that on December 23 of last year, Deputy Kazybek Ergeshov expressed concern about the situation at the municipal center for children "Akniet" during a session of the Bishkek City Council, stating that teenagers escape from there almost monthly. He also mentioned the presence of hazing and abuse in this institution.
