The deputy raises the issue of recalculating funding
Gulai Mashrapova, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, drew attention to the insufficient funding of the kindergarten for deaf children located in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region.
The kindergarten is situated in the rural area of Ala-Too and serves not only as a place of education but also as a home for approximately 60 children.
According to the deputy, in accordance with a government resolution from 2008, only 28 soms are allocated per day for the nutrition of one child, which clearly does not meet the necessary standards for adequately providing for the children.
Mashrapova noted that this issue has been raised several times within the walls of the Jogorku Kenesh, and official letters have been sent to the Ministry of Finance; however, the situation has not changed so far.
In her address, she urged Almasbek Abytov, the authorized representative of the president and the cabinet of ministers in parliament, to consider this issue and take personal control over its resolution.
