Furthermore, to legally stay in Russia, it is necessary to complete a number of mandatory actions according to Russian legislation:
- within 30 days, you must undergo a medical examination, as well as register your fingerprints and take a photograph;
- within 30 days, you need to register for migration at the territorial body at your temporary place of residence. Workers arriving for employment in Moscow and the Moscow region can register through the "Amina" app, while their family members must follow the general rules;
- you need to conclude an employment or civil law contract;
- within 90 days, extend the period of temporary stay based on the employment or civil law contract, obtaining a stamp in the migration card at the migration authorities.
