The city administration noted that Karybek uulu requested data on the planned activities for 2024-2025 for the Sverdlovsk district. The request included questions regarding project documentation, capital construction, social and engineering infrastructure, as well as sources of funding and timelines for various projects planned for 2026.
The city administration provided all the requested information but emphasized that Karybek uulu did not ask questions about the number of children studying at the "Ak-Bata" school, which currently has 48 classes and 1,735 students, of whom 260 study in the old building. The educational process is organized in two shifts.
Furthermore, the city administration indicated that the "Ak-Zhar" housing complex emerged as a result of land seizures, and there are currently no available plots for new school construction. Various options for addressing this issue are currently being considered.
At a meeting on January 23, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev discussed with residents of "Ak-Bata" the possibility of building a new school on land adjacent to the Alamedin district. However, according to current legislation, the municipality is not allowed to construct facilities outside of Bishkek, the city administration concluded.
