
Adilet Orozbekov.
This position was previously held by Rustam Mamasadikov, who was relieved of his duties in connection with his appointment as the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Reference Adilet Orozbekov, born in 1978, received his education at the International University of Kyrgyzstan in the field of "diplomacy and international law" and then continued his studies at the Academy of the FSB of the Russian Federation. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. Orozbekov holds the class rank of 1st class advisor of the state civil service and the military rank of colonel.
His professional career began in 2001 in the national security agencies, where he held various positions until 2017. Here are some key milestones of his career:
- 2007-2009 - Deputy Head of the Department for the Protection of the Constitutional Order of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2009-2010 - Head of the International Cooperation Department, and then Deputy Head of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2012-2017 - Chief Expert of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Since 2017 - work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the office of the national coordinator for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
- 2017-2019 - Referent of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Beijing;
- 2023-2024 - Expert of the Situational Center of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Since December 2025 - State Inspector of the Defense, Law and Order, and Security Department of the Office for Control over the Implementation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
