Adylbek Kasymaliev, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, conducted an inspection of the capital repairs at the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Mirrahimov, as well as at the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation. This information was announced by the government press service.

During his visit, he familiarized himself with the state of the repair work, the pace of construction tasks, and the conditions created for patients and medical staff.

As part of the first and second phases of the capital repairs at the National Center for Cardiology, construction and engineering works are being carried out in various buildings, including the outpatient clinic, operating block, nephrology basement, and food block, as well as the modernization of engineering networks (water supply, sewage, electricity supply, and ventilation).

Repair work has been completed in the nephrology, rheumatology, and therapy departments. Electrical supply work has also been carried out, heating systems, fire alarms, and video surveillance systems have been installed, as well as four elevators. Major works have been completed in the conference hall, food block, and several floors. The outpatient clinic and inpatient facility have reached a high degree of readiness.

The head of the Cabinet of Ministers instructed to complete all work at the national center within three months.

After that, Adylbek Kasymaliev visited the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation, where repairs are also underway. It should be noted that a fire occurred in this building in February of last year.

Repair work is in the final stages. Internal structures have been dismantled, new window blocks have been installed, heating systems and sanitary units have been replaced, as well as power supply cable lines. Finishing works and works on ventilation and facade decoration have been completed, a gasification room has been built, oxygen pipelines have been laid, laminar ceilings and recirculation columns have been installed.

Engineering solutions necessary for the full operation of the operating block and medical premises (including smoke removal systems, ventilation equipment, oxygen tanks, and medical vacuum stations) have also been developed. The institute received new medical equipment worth 270 million soms.

Following his visit, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers instructed to ensure the quality and timely completion of all work at the institute by March 1.
