General Prosecutor Maksat Asanaliev presented this report.
During the discussion, the deputies emphasized the need to strengthen prosecutorial oversight to protect the rights of entrepreneurs.
Gulya Kozhokulova proposed to create a special commission to address these issues.
She noted that over 300 complaints regarding illegal seizure of private property had been received by the prosecutor's office. Kozhokulova cited examples of such seizures, including the "Zhalyn" camp and "Aurora Green," which occurred without criminal cases, investigator orders, or court decisions. "The resolution of the Jogorku Kenesh should include a provision for the creation of a commission," she added.
In addition, the deputies highlighted the importance of combating domestic violence and juvenile crime.
