The results of the investigation led to recommendations for the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the need for disciplinary measures, resulting in his dismissal.
The agency noted that law enforcement officers must strictly adhere to legislation and the disciplinary charter, and appearing for duty in a state of alcohol intoxication is grounds for immediate suspension from duty.
