A Turkish source from government agencies stated that, at the moment, state banks have not yet received instructions from the Central Bank of Turkey regarding solutions to the emerging difficulties in transactions with Russia, although payments for state projects continue.
According to the agency's interlocutor, "various options are being explored to resolve this situation arising from the sanctions. The use of national currencies in transactions has been repeatedly raised at the highest levels of leadership, and instructions have been given to study this issue.
