Tailors will receive additional benefits
At a meeting held on January 14, the government approved a new initiative to support the small and medium-sized enterprise sector, which includes the provision of preferential loans. This was announced by the Minister of Economy, Bakyt Sydykov.
As part of this program, the total volume of the loan portfolio will amount to between 3 and 3.6 billion soms, of which approximately 300 million soms will be allocated for subsidizing interest rates. Entrepreneurs will be able to obtain loans at an annual rate of 6% for a term of up to 5 years.
Special conditions are provided for representatives of the garment industry: they will be able to take advantage of more favorable offers, including an extension of the grace period by 6 months and the possibility of refinancing previously obtained loans under new terms, the minister clarified.
