- During the meeting of the "Ala-Too" deputy group on January 16, 2026, Bolotbek Borbieyev emphasized that export support plays a key role in supporting local producers.

He also noted that the idea of creating a logistics center was proposed back in 2023, but the issue remains relevant and unresolved to this day.

“You talk about plans for 2028 for construction. While marketplaces are actively developing, why is this issue not being resolved faster?” he addressed the representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Economy Minister Bakyt Sydykov responded that in October of this year, one of the marketplace representatives approached them with a proposal for the construction of a logistics center, which served as a catalyst for accelerating work in this direction.

Additionally, Borbieyev raised the issue of sewing enterprises that continue to operate in the "shadow" sector and inquired about the measures being taken for their legalization.

In response, the Ministry of Economy reported that tax incentives have already been introduced for the sewing industry, explanatory activities are being conducted, and necessary support is being provided. Additionally, since October, fairs for representatives of the sewing sector have been held, and such initiatives continue to this day.
