In the Karatal-Japyrik State Nature Reserve, located in the Karatal area, regular winter feeding of wild ungulates was organized on January 13 and 14.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Nature, reserve staff placed feed, collected during the summer-autumn period, in specially designated areas, including hay, branch feed, and salt.

“These activities are aimed at improving feeding conditions for wild animals during the winter period, contributing to the preservation of their population and reducing stress,” the official statement notes.
