This information was announced by Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev during his visit to Abasamat Masaliev Street on February 7.
According to the mayor, the existing kindergarten "Ümüt Nariste" will be relocated to the new institution.
“We intend to create a kindergarten here. 'Umut Nariste' will move into this building. As a result of the court proceedings, the building has been transferred to state ownership. It needs to be vacated by Monday. The place where the previous kindergarten was located will be handed over to the school named after Salizhan Sharipov,” Toktorbaev stated.
Additionally, during the inspection, the issue of a multi-story building located near the school, which is believed to belong to former deputy Davran Sabirov, was discussed. The mayor instructed the relevant services to verify the information. It was clarified that the building was constructed on municipal land and that court proceedings are currently underway to reclaim this land.
On Abasamat Masaliev Street in Osh, there are two hotels named "SunRise," one located at No. 105 and the other at No. 27, near the school named after Salizhan Sharipov.

In February 2025, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the return of the "SunRise" hotel to state ownership, with its value at that time exceeding 74.6 million soms (approximately 853 thousand dollars at the NBKR exchange rate).
The investigation established that from 2004 to 2007, former officials of the Osh city hall and other state employees illegally transferred this social institution into private hands, where a hotel was subsequently opened.
In connection with the above, the investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 336, Part 2 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Now the three-story building is once again under state balance.
Local residents note that during the Soviet era, the building now known as the "SunRise" hotel was used as a kindergarten for the children of employees of the Osh Silk Factory named after VLKSM.
- From 2000 to 2003, the mayor of Osh was Zhantoro Satybaldiev, then from 2003 to 2005 — Satybaldy Chyrmashev, and from 2005 to 2009 — Jumadyl Isakov.
