
This event is organized by the Scientific and Educational Center "Great Altai" in collaboration with universities in Central Asia. The plenary session, which will bring together participants from two countries, will take place in the format of a videoconference.
In Barnaul, the conference will be held at the Scientific and Educational Center of Altai Studies and Turkology "Great Altai" at Altai State University. As for Uzbekistan, participants will include Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni and Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.
The co-organizers of the conference are Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Jalalabad State University named after J. Balasagyn, and the Russian Historical Society.
The main goal of the conference is to develop multifaceted scientific cooperation in the context of digital transformation, to activate the exchange of advanced methods, and to find new approaches to the preservation and popularization of the cultural heritage of Turkic peoples.
Within the framework of the conference, discussions are planned on current research in the field of Turkology, issues of international cooperation, the use of digital resources for the preservation of cultural and linguistic diversity, the role of scientific publications in integration processes, as well as prospects for promoting Turkological research in the fields of tourism and media projects.
Scientists, experts, and young researchers are invited to the event. The conference will be held in a mixed format, allowing both in-person and remote participation.
Following the event, a collection of materials will be published, which will be indexed in RINC and will not require an organizational fee.
