Raising children is not just about imparting knowledge, but about creating conditions for their emotional, social, and personal development. An educator must pay attention to every aspect of development, treating children with love, support, and respect.

This was discussed in an interview with a Turmush correspondent by Kenjegul Toyunbaeva, an educator from the At-Bashinsky district of the Naryn region. She works as a teacher at the "Ak-Zhar Sezimi" kindergarten in the village of Ak-Zhar.

Toyunbaeva shared key principles of upbringing:

- Love and support. It is vital for a child to feel loved and valued. The warm attitude of parents and educators is the foundation of psychological health and self-confidence.

- Personal example. Children imitate actions, not words. Adults should demonstrate ethical principles and rules of behavior through their own example.

- Discipline and boundaries. Reasonable rules are necessary for developing responsibility and decision-making skills. It is important that limitations are explained logically, without the use of force.

- Comprehensive development. In addition to studying, it is important to encourage activities in music, sports, art, and science, helping the child to unlock their unique creative potential.

- Emotional intelligence. Adults should teach children to understand their feelings and express emotions in a healthy way.

- Independence. Delegating small tasks and responsibilities teaches the child self-control and independent thinking.

- Social skills. The ability to communicate, make friends, and show empathy helps the child adapt successfully to society.

- Healthy lifestyle. Proper nutrition, sports, sleep routines, and hygiene directly affect physical and mental development.

According to Toyunbaeva, psychological comfort and a sense of self-worth directly influence character formation:

- Self-confidence: Feeling protected and loved, a child overcomes difficulties more easily and pursues their goals more boldly. Love strengthens inner self-esteem.

- Social development: A valued child learns to respect others. Such children build healthier relationships with peers.

- Emotional resilience: A loved child copes better with stress, overcomes fears and complexes, becoming psychologically stable.

Practical advice: say "I believe in you" and "I am proud of you" more often; spend time together, listen to the child attentively, and respect their opinions.
