
As of January 1, 2026, there are 5,547 job vacancies recorded in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, according to the Ministry of Labor of the KR.
The greatest interest among employers is observed in skilled trades.
Currently, the official unemployment rate stands at 1.3%. There are 56,500 unemployed registered with employment services, of which 38,100 have official status. Employment services managed to place 17,454 people in jobs in 2025.

- 320 positions for medical workers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and orderlies;
- 151 vacancies for cashiers;
- 63 positions for sales agents;
- 36 vacancies for government and municipal employees;
- 95 positions for managers;
- 150 vacancies for accountants;
- 24 positions for lawyers;
- 40 vacancies for economists;
- 96 positions for administrators;
- 185 vacancies for interns;
- 4,251 vacancies for skilled workers;
- 253 vacancies for computer specialists;
- 420 positions for cooks;
- 400 vacancies for sales agents;
- 1,850 positions for tailors;
- 150 vacancies for welders;
- 373 positions for construction workers (including drivers, mechanics, welders, carpenters, turners, locksmiths, concrete pourers, etc.);
- 1,000 vacancies for drivers;
- 178 vacancies for service sector workers (hairdressers, manicure specialists, waiters, cosmetologists, couriers, cooks, pastry chefs, bakers, etc.).
