“Our conscience is clear, and we cannot be blamed for anything by the citizens”
Today, at a meeting with municipal employees, former mayor of Osh Zhenishbek Toktorbaev expressed his farewell words, reminding that no one can stay in their position forever.
Also present at the event was the chairman of the cabinet of ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, who, along with Toktorbaev, introduced the new mayor of the city, Janar Akayev.
“I worked for one year and two months at the request of the president. We put a lot of effort into improving our city. The citizens cannot blame us for anything - our conscience is clear. Almost all the tasks set before us have been completed. I will definitely share my ideas and plans with the new mayor. I am leaving my position of my own accord. If I have offended or judged anyone - I apologize. Work requires its own strictness. I hope you now have a brother named Manas. My doors are always open for you. The time has come, and no one stays in office forever,” Toktorbaev noted.
