
Marat Pirnazarov has been relieved of his duties as the head of the Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market, which is part of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. This information was announced by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The order for his dismissal was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
Pirnazarov held this position since May 2023, and now his place is taken by Kairat Mamatov.

Kairat Mamatov, the new chairman, was born on February 26, 1982, and has a higher education in economics.
From 2006 to 2012, he worked at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KGMA) as an economics lecturer in the Department of Public Health and Health Care (OZiZ).
In 2007-2008, Mamatov served as an assistant to a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on a voluntary basis.
From 2011 to 2012, he was a member of the Lenin Territorial Election Commission (TEC) in Bishkek.
From 2012 to 2021, Mamatov headed the Bishkek Territorial Election Commission (TEC).
Since 2018, he has also been a member of the working group for improving the electoral legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2021, Mamatov was elected as a member of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CEC) of the Kyrgyz Republic from the parliamentary faction "Republic – Ata Jurt".
Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC "RSK Bank" (until August 2021) and headed the Board of Directors of OJSC "Aiyl Bank".
For his contribution to the development of the country's electoral system, Mamatov was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Kyrgyz Republic.
