Kamchybek Chotoev is one of five children in his family, and they have all been interested in technology since childhood.

The airplane weighs 250 kg and can carry up to three people. Together with fuel, its total weight is about 500 kg. A round trip to Bishkek will require approximately 80 liters of gasoline, and the maximum altitude it can reach is 4000 meters.

“Landing from a height is also safe. In case of fuel shortage or engine failure, it can land smoothly thanks to autorotation mode. This airplane will be useful in agriculture for spraying fertilizers, border patrol, and accessing remote areas. It can also assist in maintaining power lines and monitoring illegal gravel extraction near water bodies,” explains Chotoev.

According to him, operating such an airplane is quite simple, easier than a helicopter.

“If someone knows how to drive a car, after one or two test flights, they will quickly learn,” Kamchybek is confident.

Moreover, he was inspired by Soyuzbek Saliev, who flew around the world in his airplane.

“When he came to Issyk-Kul, I invited him over, and he landed his airplane right on the asphalt, then drove home. After talking with him, I had even more desire to realize my childhood dream,” adds Chotoev.

In addition to the airplane, Kamchybek has developed a drilling rig for extracting water from a depth of 80-90 meters, and now his children provide water supply services to local residents. He has also assembled a steamboat and is currently working on its finishing touches.

“I love technology and am passionate about inventions. I have also assembled tractors for plowing land and even built a mini-hydroelectric power station,” he says.
