As part of the digitalization of the agro-industrial sector, the veterinary service of Kyrgyzstan is working on the creation of an automated information system (AIS) called "Registration and Certification of Veterinary Medicines."
The main goal of this system is to fully automate all stages, starting from the acceptance of applications for the registration of veterinary drugs and ending with the issuance of an electronic certificate. This approach aims to improve transparency, speed up processes, and enhance the quality of public services.
Key processes that will be automated include:
— Electronic acceptance of applications;
— Preliminary document verification;
— Payment for services via QR code;
— Sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving protocols using an electronic digital signature (EDS);
— Making electronic decisions by the director of the Center;
— Generating electronic certificates with QR codes;
— Maintaining a register of registered medicines;
— Launching a module for search and analytics.
The system will ensure the transition of all services to an electronic format. Applicants will be able to submit documents online using EDS and track the status of their applications in real time. Responses will be automatically generated and sent by the Center.
The implementation of this system will create a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center, and will also be integrated with other state information systems. In the future, there are plans to expand the functional capabilities of the AIS.
This system represents a modern and effective digital solution for managing veterinary safety in the Kyrgyz Republic.
