The business forum B5+1 titled "Central Asia - USA" has concluded in Bishkek. The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, Benazir Nurlanova, spoke at the final plenary session of the event.
According to her, about 400 people representing 211 companies and organizations participated in the forum. It is particularly noteworthy that among the participants were leading companies working on new solutions and cooperation formats.
“This emphasizes that the B5+1 platform is becoming not just a place for discussions, but a real space for forming partnerships. Delegations from the business community of the region and the USA, including 80 companies from Kyrgyzstan, 35 from Kazakhstan, 27 from Uzbekistan, 22 from Tajikistan, 13 from Turkmenistan, and 34 from the USA, actively participated in the work of the forum,” Nurlanova noted.
“Together with our American partners and the CIPE organization, we conducted serious preparations for this forum. Our goal was for participants to leave not only with positive impressions but also with new contacts, ideas, and agreements that can be implemented in the future. Judging by the active exchange of opinions and the number of meetings held, we succeeded in this task,” she added.
Nurlanova highlighted that the next important step will be the implementation of the solutions and initiatives discussed at the forum within the framework of long-term cooperation.
“We are open to further interaction and ready to develop partnerships. Kyrgyzstan has all the necessary resources for the successful implementation of joint projects and creating favorable conditions for business,” concluded Benazir Nurlanova.
