At the event taking place at the Turdakun Usubaliev Square, residents can purchase meat for 600 soms per kilogram. This offer is more advantageous than the previously mentioned limit of 650 soms set by the Bishkek city hall for retail points. The fair ensures direct supplies from producers, which helps avoid unnecessary intermediaries and makes prices more accessible for the capital's residents.

In addition to meat products, the fair features a diverse range of high-quality locally produced goods at prices close to production costs. The Ministry of Agriculture assures that there is no food shortage in the republic, and the stocks of essential goods fully meet the needs of the population. These trading events are held according to a national schedule, which includes similar fairs in all regions of the country, allowing citizens to access quality and affordable food products.
