In Bishkek, in the Pervomaisky District, a meeting took place between Mayor Aibek Junushaliev and local residents who were incorporated into the city as a result of the administrative-territorial reform (ATR). This was reported by the city hall.

Among the participants of the meeting were residents of such settlements as Maevka, Tendik, Kalys-Ordo, Stepnoye, MTU No. 207, as well as residential areas "Muras-Ordo," "Dacha-Suu," "Kut," and the village of Ozyornoye. Representatives of city services and departments also participated in the event.

During the discussion, residents raised numerous pressing social and infrastructure issues. They noted the lack of educational institutions, kindergartens, medical and obstetric points, and public transport. People also spoke about the slow pace of cleaning sewage and drainage systems, the absence of street lighting, the need for traffic lights and pedestrian crossings, as well as the unsatisfactory sanitary condition of water supply pumping stations and insufficient safety levels.

Among other issues raised were the sale of cut firewood at prices ranging from 2000 to 3000 soms in some areas, the emergency condition of the bridge leading to "Muras-Ordo," and problems with increased humidity in 18 ponds of this residential area.

In response to the raised issues, the mayor instructed to consider the possibility of free distribution of cut firewood for low-income citizens and ordered an investigation into the facts of their sale.

Regarding questions about land amnesty, Aibek Junushaliev noted that if illegal structures hinder the implementation of road projects, appropriate measures will be taken by March. He also reported that road construction work would begin in March 2026.

As part of the ATR, a plan for the development of water supply and sewage systems will be implemented in the new territories.

Additionally, it was reported that a school is being built in the "Kut" residential area, which will accommodate 750 students.

Following the meeting, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev gave clear instructions to the heads of city services and emphasized that he would personally monitor the implementation of all the issues raised at the meeting.
