The press service of the Supreme Court reported that during the discussions, emphasis was placed on deepening interaction between the judicial system and universities. In particular, the possibility of organizing internships for students in courts, joint scientific events, and experience exchange was discussed.
Medirbek Satyiev, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, emphasized the importance of involving not only lawyers but also specialists in other fields such as IT, cybersecurity, finance, analytics, and communications. In this regard, universities without law faculties were also invited to collaborate.
The main areas of joint work include:
- organization of internships and pre-diploma training for students under the guidance of judges and court staff;
- conducting joint conferences, round tables, and expert discussions;
- exchange of analytical and methodological materials for updating curricula;
- professional development of teachers and participation of researchers in programs of the Higher School of Justice.
Representatives of the National Academy of Sciences, as well as rectors and vice-rectors of the J. Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University, B. Yeltsin Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, I. Razzakov Kyrgyz Technical University, Osh State University, AUCA, Manas University, and other educational institutions attended the event.
As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed their intention to develop long-term cooperation. Participants also proposed to hold a national scientific and practical conference dedicated to Constitution Day, involving judges, scholars, and representatives of universities.
