The construction work is planned to be completed within two years.
At the construction site of the residential complex Kudaibergen, a meeting took place between the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services Nurdana Oruntaev and the shareholders of the company OsOO 'Dooolot Kuroolush'. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
Four years ago, citizens purchased apartments, but have not yet received them due to the suspension of construction work. Previously, the ministry sent directives to the company to resume work; however, financial problems led to the ineffective use of the shareholders' funds, which caused the construction to be frozen, as noted by the press service.
The situation changed after the shareholders' appeal: President Sadyr Japarov took it under control and instructed the Ministry of Construction to take measures to complete the projects. In turn, the management of 'Dooolot Kuroolush' has already transferred the construction sites to the ministry's disposal.
The minister reported that the company's assets will be transferred to the state, and work on the projects will resume in stages.
Nurdana Oruntaev noted that the completion of the construction of the residential complexes 'Kudaibergen' and 'Shopokov' is planned within the next two years. Currently, steps are being taken to resume the halted work within a month. There will also be a review of documents and contracts. The prices for apartments will not exceed market rates, and the shareholders' funds will be directed solely to construction.
Additionally, a repeated review of contracts with each shareholder is planned, and future payments will be made according to an updated schedule. All stages of construction and the use of funds will be conducted transparently, with full accountability from the ministry. The transfer of completed apartments will be carried out according to an approved plan.
