Zou Jia confirmed that the ADB considers Kyrgyzstan one of its key strategic partners, noting that the republic is one of the bank's founders. She also expressed readiness to continue financing ongoing projects and support new initiatives that align with Kyrgyzstan's priorities. The importance of developing infrastructure, transport links, trade and investment, as well as supporting the private sector, was emphasized.

Particular attention was given to the construction of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1. The head of the ADB noted its importance for the country's energy security and expressed the bank's readiness to consider financing this project. In addition, the ADB is ready to explore support for the railway project between China, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, awaiting specific proposals from the Kyrgyz side for further discussion.
