The court in Russia ordered Ekaterina Bivol to perform 60 hours of community service for insulting Kyrgyz people
Recently, the Lenin District Court of St. Petersburg issued a ruling in the case of blogger Ekaterina Bivol, who is the ex-wife of boxer Dmitry Bivol, representing both Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The court found her guilty of an administrative offense for publishing insulting remarks against Kyrgyz and Kazakh people, sentencing her to 60 hours of compulsory community service, as reported by the press service of the city's courts.

The case against Bivol was initiated based on Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, concerning incitement of hatred and humiliation of dignity.

The proceedings began after the publication of a video on October 22, 2025, in one of the Telegram channels, in which Bivol used offensive language to express negative attitudes towards national groups, including Kazakhs and Kyrgyz.

Additionally, Ekaterina Bivol has previously faced criminal cases in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan due to similar incidents, and she has been placed on an international wanted list in both countries.

It is worth noting that earlier, a court in St. Petersburg recognized some of her public statements about her ex-husband as defamatory and damaging to his honor and dignity, obliging her to refute this information.
