The first enterprise in the country for camel milk production aims to present its products in the market. This is reported by MiddleAsianNews.
The farm, established by the group of companies Solid Partners, started its operations five years ago. It has 225 camels, of which 160 are females. Currently, 70 camels are being milked, producing 140-150 liters of milk per day.

Each female camel produces an average of 2.5 liters of milk, which is twice as much as camels that graze. The summer period allows them to produce up to four liters. The use of specialized milking equipment has contributed to an increase in the volume of milk produced and time savings.
There are 15 employees working at Solid Partners Group.

The farm produces eight different types of products, including yogurt, camel milk drinks, and powdered milk, which are sold in the local market. In the future, there are plans to export goods beyond the country.

According to the company's director, Tsend-Ayush Bayanmunkh, to meet domestic demand, it is necessary to milk 60,000 camels, which would allow for the production of 4,000 liters of milk. However, to achieve this goal, it is essential to actively promote the products and create a corresponding market.
The factory producing camel milk is located in the Dalanjzadgad sum, Umnogovi aimag, while the main farm is in the Khankhongor sum of the same aimag.
“Our short-term goal is to increase production to 750 liters per day, using both our own farms and strategic partnerships. Over the next three years, we plan to reach 4,000 liters per day by expanding the farm to accommodate 1,000 milking camels and creating three cooperative farms, each with 200 camels. Cooperative partners will manage the farms, while we will provide infrastructure support and enter into long-term milk purchase contracts. The long-term goal of Solid Partners Group is to enter the international market with products made from Mongolian camel milk and create our own brand,” noted Tsend-Ayush Bayanmunkh.
Solid Partners Group LLC has all the necessary resources to elevate the Mongolian camel milk industry to a new level, combining traditional methods, health, innovation, and sustainable development.
