Starting from January 13, 2026, citizens will have the opportunity to send their questions and suggestions directly to the Prime Minister through the digital platforms E-Mongolia and D-Gov.mn.
As part of its citizen-oriented policy, the government has been actively implementing the D-Gov.mn electronic governance system for several years. This portal allows people to submit their initiatives and proposals on various issues, which, with sufficient public support, can be brought to discussion at Cabinet meetings for political decision-making.
In addition, besides the hotline 11-11, citizens can now use two digital platforms to address the Prime Minister with their questions and suggestions of interest.
