At the event, attended by leaders of the CCI of the KR, representatives of the "Kyrgyz Export" Center under the Ministry of Economy, as well as key players in the agribusiness sector, an important announcement was made: producers of organic products from Kyrgyzstan can now participate in a network covering 341,000 retail outlets across China. This became possible thanks to the strategic cooperation between NACOFEC and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC).
The Vice President of the CCI of the KR, Avazbek Kerimbaev, noted that competition for the Chinese market is intensifying, and Kyrgyzstan has a unique opportunity to carve out its niche. According to him, Kazakh partners are ready not only to share logistics schemes but also to assist in the establishment of modern laboratories in Kyrgyzstan. Establishing systematic supplies to China will be an important growth factor for the entire economy of the country.
The President of NACOFEC, Kazybek Shaikh, emphasizes that uniting small and medium producers is the key to success in such a vast market. "We have implemented a proven export technology in Kyrgyzstan. Our task is to pave the way for Kyrgyz eco-products from certification to store shelves. This is an important step towards creating a unified organic brand for Central Asia," he noted.
The algorithm proposed to entrepreneurs includes not only access to retail shelves but also comprehensive support: from adapting packaging to meet Chinese requirements to signing offtake contracts that guarantee product sales. The project also provides for the transfer of technologies for deep processing of raw materials within Kyrgyzstan.
The meeting concluded with the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between NACOFEC and the CCI of the KR, which lays the groundwork for developing production and sales infrastructure that allows domestic businesses to enter international markets with minimal risks.
