According to information provided by the museum, notable figures such as Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Saltanat Amanova, Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovation Bekbosun Borubashev, Coordinator of the National EU Center in the Kyrgyz Republic Marat Cholponkulov, Head of the EU Representation in the country Remy Duflo, Expert of the EU Global Service Center Manfred Spiesberger, and Director of the Geological Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Aizak Bakirov participated in the seminar. Additionally, scientists from universities and research institutes, young researchers, and representatives of the scientific community attended the seminar.
The opening and conduct of the event were entrusted to the Director of the National Historical Museum, project coordinator Zhyldyz Bakashova. She emphasized the importance of the informational seminar for expanding the participation of Kyrgyz scientists and researchers in European scientific and innovation projects.
During her speech, Bakashova informed the attendees about the key aspects of the Horizon Europe program, including its structure, financial and organizational details, as well as opportunities for collaboration. She urged all researchers to actively participate in scientific competitions.
Speeches by deputies, leaders, and the EU representative highlighted the importance of such informational events as platforms for dialogue in the field of science and innovation, experience exchange, and the creation of new international partnerships.
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants were awarded certificates, and a cultural excursion was organized.
