A competition for the formation of a personnel reserve for junior administrative positions in state and municipal service has been announced by the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government.

The agency reported that the document submission process has now become centralized. Previously, candidates had to apply to each individual state body to submit applications and await the competition. Now, citizens can submit documents once and be enrolled in a unified centralized personnel reserve based on the selection results.

“This creates the opportunity to apply for junior administrative positions in all state bodies and local self-government bodies without the need to participate repeatedly in different competitions. The new mechanism is designed to enhance the transparency, accessibility, and efficiency of personnel policy, as well as to expand opportunities for citizens wishing to work in public service,” the agency's statement noted.

According to the agency, applications are accepted in electronic format through the state portal E-Kyzmat, which ensures a unified and open selection process.

A rating system will be used to evaluate candidates based on the points scored, with those who score the highest points receiving an advantage when appointed to vacant positions.

To enter the personnel reserve, candidates must go through three stages: document submission, computer testing on regulatory legal acts, and an interview in either online or offline format.

Candidates who successfully complete all stages will be enrolled in the reserve for three years. As a result of the competition, it is planned to enroll up to 5,000 people.

Document submission will take place from March 2 to March 6. More detailed information is available on the website www.gov.kg in the "Vacancies" section and on the state portal E-Kyzmat.
