The State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has opened a competition to form a personnel reserve for junior administrative positions in state and municipal service. The main goal of the competition is to attract young and educated specialists with modern digital skills to work in state and municipal bodies, as well as to ensure transparency and fairness in the selection process.
Advantages of the new approach
The selection process is conducted in electronic format through the "E-Kyzmat" portal.
This system allows: saving candidates' time; eliminating the need for personal visits to each institution; reducing additional costs; and ensuring a unified and transparent selection process.
