According to Resolution No. 24/34, adopted by the Council of Representatives of Citizens of the capital, new rules regarding incentive payments for those who report violations will come into effect on November 1, 2025.
The Law on Crime Prevention in Article 34 states that both individuals and legal entities actively participating in the prevention of offenses can expect a reward of up to 20 percent of the fine amount.
Instructions will also be provided for registering a personal bank account (IBAN), which will allow citizens to receive these payments.
