According to the new requirements, the employment record can be issued in two formats: paper and electronic. The choice of format is made by agreement between the employee and the employer.
If an employee wishes to add a record of additional employment, this can be done based on their application and a certificate from the place of additional work, and such a record is made at the primary place of employment. In the event of a change in the name or reorganization of the employer, a separate entry must also be made in the employment record.
It is important to note that sheets of acknowledgment, copies of orders, or any other documents cannot be glued into the employment record.
