In recent years, we have actively worked with our partners in Russia, which has allowed us to exclude a number of citizens from the blacklist. However, the 90/180 day regime remains unchanged. These are internal decisions of the Russian migration service, and we cannot influence them. We also have a similar system," Kulubaev explained.
According to the minister, Kyrgyz citizens must ensure their legal stay in Russia. He added, "Under the conditions of martial law in Russia, they have no opportunity to make any concessions. Therefore, we recommend citizens to put all their documents in order. However, at this moment, it is impossible to change the 90/180 day regime," the minister emphasized.
