More than 2000 public servants from different countries gathered in Moscow

In Moscow, at the presidential academy, the first International Congress on Public Administration is taking place — an important event for specialists in the field of public administration. The conference, which has brought together more than 2000 participants from various countries, aims to develop management skills and address current challenges in this area. The organizers are the presidential academy, the government of the Russian Federation, and the administration of the President of Russia.

Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, participated in the plenary session. He noted that the Russian system of public administration is renowned for its deep traditions and the consistency of reforms carried out over many years: “The Russian experience in improving public administration is among the most advanced. We actively collaborate with our Russian colleagues, implement 'Electronic Government', begin the digitization of public services, and together with the presidential academy, we have created a school for training mayors, which has already led to the qualification enhancement of our managers.”

Daniyar Amangeldiev also met with the rector of the presidential academy. This communication is particularly significant, as decisions that lead to real changes are made at this level.

They discussed specific actions: launching the second stream of the "School for Mayors" for city leaders, internship programs for Kyrgyz public servants at the academy, as well as the development of joint educational initiatives for a new generation of managers.

Close and active partnership relations have already been established with the Kyrgyz Republic: 89 students from Kyrgyzstan are studying at the academy, and there are 7 cooperation agreements in place with Kyrgyz partners.
