The flight ban was lifted at 3:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time, according to data from the Flightradar24 service. The first flights over Iran were resumed by Mahan Air, Yazd Airways, and AVA Airlines. The closure of the airspace occurred in response to reports that U.S. President Donald Trump was considering possible measures against Iran, where mass anti-government protests are currently taking place. On Wednesday, a senior U.S. official told Reuters about the withdrawal of some personnel from bases in the Middle East. This statement came after a warning from an Iranian official about possible strikes on American bases in the event of an attack from Washington.
