According to Mirziyoyev, nine years ago, achieving a GDP level of $100 billion seemed like an ambitious task. Today, however, the country has confidently surpassed the threshold of $145 billion, which reflects the scale of transformations and the potential of society.

The "Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy initially aimed to raise GDP to $160 billion by 2030. However, according to the president's estimates, the current pace of reforms and business activity allows for a revision of this plan, and Uzbekistan may achieve this goal as early as 2026. If the republic continues to implement advanced technologies and train qualified personnel, the economy could grow to $240 billion in the next five years.
Mirziyoyev also emphasized the importance of foreign trade. Amid changes in global markets, Uzbekistan's exports increased by 23%, reaching $33.4 billion. He noted that the country's gold and foreign exchange reserves have reached a historic maximum, exceeding $60 billion for the first time, which enhances financial stability and provides the government with additional opportunities.

The president also highlighted the growth of foreign investments, which amounted to $43.1 billion, accounting for 31.9% of GDP. According to Mirziyoyev, these investments create a foundation for accelerated modernization of the economy and its growth in the future.

Additionally, the president announced an upgrade of the country's sovereign credit rating from "BB-" to "BB," which, he stated, will reduce borrowing costs by 1–1.5 percentage points and save $250–300 million annually on servicing external debt.

In conclusion, he emphasized that Uzbekistan has significantly improved its position in the World Bank's technology maturity index, rising by 71 positions and entering the top 10 countries in terms of progress rates. This, according to the president, confirms that the focus on technology and reforms yields systemic results.
