The proposed growth stages are as follows:
• 2026 – 100 thousand hectares;
• 2027 – 140 thousand hectares;
• 2028 – 170 thousand hectares;
• 2029 – 202.5 thousand hectares.
Funding for this program will be provided from the resources allocated in the republican budget.
