According to the press secretary of Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, the Russian president has received an invitation to join the "Council of Peace," which was established to discuss the situation in the Gaza Strip. At the moment, the Kremlin is considering this proposal and hopes for further consultations with the United States to clarify the details, as reported by RBC.

The new international body, the "Council of Peace," was established just two days ago at the initiative of Donald Trump. Its members include prominent figures such as former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and former UN Special Coordinator Nikolai Mladenov.

Additionally, Hungary has also accepted an invitation from the U.S. to join the "Council of Peace," as confirmed by the country's Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó.

It is worth noting that one of the first to receive an invitation to become a member of the "Council of Peace" was the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
